Detailed Description

This production line is capable of processing various grain materials, such as buckwheat and oats, and enriching them with essential nutrients to create multi-functional nutritional food products like slimming grain powder, buckwheat powder, black sesame paste, and red Chinese date thick soup.

Additionally, by adjusting the barrel and screw design of the double-screw extruder, it can produce modified starch, denatured starch, and pre-gelatinized starch. These starch products have wide industrial applications in food processing, textile, oil drilling, and paper manufacturing. The production process involves extruding, inflating, drying, and crushing, ensuring efficient and large-scale starch modification.
